UTMB Hazard Mitigation Plan Survey

The University of Texas Medical Branch is updating its Hazard Mitigation Plan. We need input from people living in the communities we serve because you know this area best. With a FEMA-approved plan, UTMB can apply for grant funding to optimize the healthcare we provide during and after disasters. This includes critical projects like backup power, hardening facilities, planning, and raising awareness.

This survey contains 14 questions. No personally identifiable information will be collected. There are no right or wrong answers. You can submit the survey even if you haven’t fully completed it.
